Hi, I'm Narmadha Ragunath, an internationally accredited Civil & Commercial Mediator, ADR professional, researcher and legal writer, with a passion for advancing the future of dispute resolution.
My journey has been shaped by a commitment to making dispute resolution more accessible, collaborative and future-focused. Over the years, I have worked across mediation, arbitration, negotiation, Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) and legal research, while contributing to international training programmes, publications and strategic initiatives within the global ADR community.
As the Executive Director – Global Operations & Strategic Communications at ADR ODR International, I have the privilege of working with practitioners, institutions and professionals from around the world to promote excellence in Alternative Dispute Resolution.
